Keeping contaminants out of the food chain is a particular challenge in today's high volume, fast moving food and beverage sector. Even the most careful supplier can encounter difficulties and issues.
Industrial Dry Misting
At Eco-Mist Biotechnics we have helped a mounting number of businesses to maintain a safe, clean and contamination free business using our dry misting system as part of the production protocols.
Of course, no two businesses are identical, so our senior technicians are never happier than when they are challenged to 'solve' an issue. Most solutions require a bespoke installation, sometimes stretching for many metres at a time to achieve the desired result.
The combination of our exclusive technology and TriBioSan Zero™ has a double benefit in the food and beverage sector. Not only can we eliminate common problems like listeria, e-coli (including e-coli 027) and campylobacter, but our TriBioSan Zero™ can even help extend the shelf-life of fresh produce by as much as 5 additional days. Just as importantly our TriBioSan Zero™ sanitiser is both odourless and taint free, making it perfect in the food and drinks environments.
Extend Shelf Life
Keeping fresh produce fresh for longer can significantly increase profits and protect brand reputation. Eco-Misting at the point of sale or packing before distribution using our exclusive non-hazardous TriBioSan Zero™ helps reduce waste, extend shelf life and enhance customer loyalty.
With the massive growth of on-line shopping and distribution, we believe we can help food retailers ensure maximum freshness before packing and reduce the incidence of transport contamination by using our products to decontaminate packing cases and vehicles.

Following a successful trial of the Eco-Mist Biotechnics system in Malaysia with St John's Ambulance Service, we are pleased to announce that Private Ambulance Service in Basildon, London has also now completed a trial of our system and are using it to meet current CQC requirements for infection control on their fleet of ambulances serving Essex and beyond.
Clinical Director Neil McKee says,
"Using the Eco-Mist AmbuGard system has greatly reduced our vehicle down time and cost as whereas before the crew would remove all stock and equipment and then deep clean the vehicle. This has reduced the cost in overtime.
In addition, Eco-Mist has increased the cleanliness of our vehicles and with the swabbing test it has shown that it has reduced the amount of bacteria. I would recommend this system to any fleet controller!"
Call us to find out how using the AmbuGard System can radically reduce the burden on hard pressed staff to meet the stringent CQC requirements.
